About these terms

These terms apply when you visit or use THG Platform and its related owner-operated Content Studio services. Other services, paid plans, competitions and events may have additional stated rules. The organisation or individual responsible for THG is identified in the contact section.

By using a feature, you agree to follow the applicable rules and the lawful instructions shown for that feature. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

Accounts and permitted use

You are responsible for the accuracy of details you submit, the security of your account access and your compliance with applicable age restrictions and third-party platform terms.

You must not impersonate others, interfere with services, misuse access permissions, upload unlawful material, infringe third-party rights, manipulate competitive results or attempt to circumvent platform security.

Teams, events and results

THG may provide team workspaces, tournaments, Solo challenges, rankings, Discord integrations and related esports tools. Each event may specify eligibility, format, conduct, dispute, prize and payment rules separately.

Competition features rely on participant submissions and staff review. We may correct errors, investigate reports, restrict access or take proportionate steps to protect fair play and other participants.

Your content and THG materials

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant THG the permission reasonably necessary to host, display, process and deliver that content for the feature you select, subject to your privacy rights and any specific permissions requested.

THG names, brand assets, designs and other protected materials remain with their respective rights holders. Do not reuse them in a way that misrepresents sponsorship or authorisation. Third-party game and social platform marks belong to their owners.

Connected social accounts

If you choose to verify a YouTube or TikTok account in THG Content Studio, you will be redirected to the relevant provider to authorise a limited read-only identity check. This does not authorise THG to publish videos.

Social-platform features remain subject to the providers’ separate terms. You may withdraw authorisation in the provider’s settings. Publishing, if introduced later, will require separate product controls and authorisation.

Availability, changes and responsibility

We may update, suspend or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons. We aim to provide accurate service information but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or outcomes in third-party competitions and services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights. Any dispute will be handled under the law applicable to the parties and the particular service.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as services develop. Updated terms will show a new revision date and, where needed, an additional notice. Contact the THG operator identified below with questions about these terms.
